Refund Policy
At Little Faith Reads, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase of preloved books. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review the return policy below.
Return Eligibility
All books are carefully checked before being listed on our website to ensure they are in good to excellent readable condition. Since our books are preloved, some copies may contain the name of the previous owner, school/library stamps, or labels on the front page. This is common for preloved books and cannot be avoided.
Returns will only be considered if:

A wrong book is delivered, or

The book is severely damaged during transit.
To request a return, a clear box-opening video must be provided as proof of the issue. Returns will not be accepted for books that have been used, read, or handled after delivery.
Return Window
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the package. If the customer is out of the country, the person receiving the parcel on their behalf must inspect the package and report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact us through our Instagram page or WhatsApp with the required images and the box-opening video showing the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 24 working hours (excluding holidays).
Return Shipping
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Incorrect phone number

Recipient unavailable (phone switched off, door closed, etc.)
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the parcel needs to be resent, the reshipping charges must also be paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Books that have been used or read after delivery

Books that have been handled, damaged, or altered by the customer

Requests made after the allowed reporting period
Important Note
All approved returns must be completed within 48 hours after the return request is approved. The book must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Returns will not be accepted if the book has been used by children or returned outside the allowed timeframe.
