Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India through our website. For international orders, customers are requested to contact us directly via Instagram or WhatsApp, as international shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Partner
We work with multiple logistics providers, but our primary shipping partner is India Post, as they are able to deliver to both urban and rural locations across India. Customers are requested to provide the correct postal PIN code and contact details during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India for orders with a cart value of ₹3000 or more. For orders below ₹3000, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated based on the order value, package weight, and delivery location.
Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, it generally takes 24–48 working hours to process and prepare the order for shipment. Our regular dispatch schedule is every Thursday. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff may be included in the next dispatch cycle. Please note that order processing does not take place on Sundays or government holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. South India is typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch, while North India and other regions usually take 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or regional logistics delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You can track your shipment using the India Post website. Tracking updates may only appear when the parcel reaches the next sorting or transit location.
